CNG Studios LLC does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Rhode Island, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Right to delete your personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no opt-out process to execute for this right at this time. If this changes, an on-demand opt-out control will be made available on this page and we will honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information beyond providing the Services.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

CNG Studios honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension transmits a GPC signal when you visit our sites, we will process it as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" of your personal information for your browser or device, as required by applicable law.

How to Exercise Your Rights

1. Email

The simplest way to submit a request is to email [email protected] with:

The right you are exercising (access, correction, deletion, etc.);
The email address associated with your account or subscription;
Enough detail for us to locate your records (brand/site, approximate dates);
Your state or country of residence (so we can apply the correct legal framework).

2. Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization and, in some cases, you will need to verify your identity directly.

3. Verification

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification typically involves confirming the email address on file and, for SaaS accounts, authenticating a session. We will not ask for information beyond what is reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

4. Response Times

We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.
We fulfill or formally respond to verified requests within 30–45 days depending on jurisdiction. Complex requests may require a reasonable extension with notice.
Fulfillment is free of charge, except that repeated or manifestly unfounded requests may incur a reasonable fee or be declined, as permitted by law.

Children's Privacy

The CNG Studios services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.

Non-Discrimination

You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest we will do any of the above, as a consequence of your exercising a privacy right.

Appeal

If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" in the subject line and explaining your disagreement. We will review appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, some state laws provide you with the right to contact the applicable state Attorney General.
